Another American charging pile company joins the NACS charging standard
BTC Power, one of the largest DC fast charger manufacturers in the United States, announced that it will integrate NACS connectors into its products in 2024.
With the NACS charging connector, BTC Power can provide charging stations in North America that meet three charging standards: Combined Charging System (CCS1) and CHAdeMO. To date, BTC Power has sold more than 22,000 different charging systems.
Ford, General Motors, Rivian, and Aptera have already stated that they have joined Tesla’s NACS charging standard. Now that charging station company BTC Power has joined, it can be said with certainty that NACS has become the new charging standard in North America.
