4. EVCC SECC Function
1. EVCC, installed on the electric vehicle side, can convert national standard CAN communication into PLC communication. When using charging equipment to implement charging functions, electric vehicles need to interact with BMS and OBC. The national standard BMS or OBC needs to make judgments based on the information provided by EVCC and tell EVCC whether it is ready or not, and whether it can be charged. The required information is also exchanged during the charging process.
2. SECC, installed on the charging pile side, can convert national standard CAN communication into PLC communication. When the charging pile is charging the electric vehicle, SECC interacts with EVSE, sending and receiving information through communication with EVSE and confirming whether the current charger can provide charging services and whether the electric vehicle is in a state where it can be charged. The required information is also exchanged during the charging process.
