1. Iyini imodyuli yokushaja?
1) Imojula yokushaja isebenzisa indlela yokuqeda ukushisa ehlanganisa ukuzipholisa kanye nokuzipholisa komoya, futhi isebenzisa ukuzipholisa uma umthwalo ulula, okuhambisana nokusebenza kwangempela kohlelo lwamandla.
2) Iyimojuli yokucushwa ebaluleke kakhulu yokunikezwa kwamandla, futhi isetshenziswa kabanzi ekunikezelweni kwamandla kweziteshi ezincane kusukela ku-35kV kuya ku-330kV.
2. Umsebenzi wokuvikela wemodyuli yokushaja engenantambo
1) Ukuvikelwa kwamandla kagesi okufakwayo ngaphezulu/ngaphansi kwawo
Imodyuli inomsebenzi wokuvikela i-input over/under voltage. Uma i-input voltage ingaphansi kuka-313±10Vac noma ngaphezulu kuka-485±10Vac, imodyuli ivikelwe, akukho okukhiphayo kwe-DC, futhi inkomba yokuvikela (ephuzi) ivuliwe. Ngemva kokuthi i-voltage ibuyele phakathi kuka-335±10Vac~460±15Vac, imodyuli iqala ukusebenza ngokuzenzakalelayo.
2) Ukuvikelwa kwe-overvoltage/i-alamu ye-undervoltage ephumayo
Imodyuli inomsebenzi wokuvikela i-overvoltage yokukhipha kanye ne-alamu ye-undervoltage. Uma i-voltage yokukhipha ingaphezu kuka-293±6Vdc, imodyuli ivikelwe, akukho okukhiphayo kwe-DC, futhi inkomba yokuvikela (ophuzi) ivuliwe. Imodyuli ayikwazi ukuphinda ibuyele esimweni sayo ngokuzenzakalelayo, futhi imodyuli kumele icinywe bese ivulwa futhi. Uma i-voltage yokukhipha ingaphansi kuka-198±1Vdc, ama-alamu emodyuli, kuba nokukhipha kwe-DC, futhi inkomba yokuvikela (ophuzi) ivuliwe. Ngemva kokuba i-voltage ibuyiselwe, i-alamu ye-undervoltage yokukhipha imodyuli iyanyamalala.
3. Ukuhoxiswa kwe-short-circuit
Imojuli inomsebenzi wokuhoxisa i-short-circuit. Uma umphumela wemojuli ufinyelelwe ku-short-circuit, ugesi wokukhipha awudluli ku-40% wamandla alinganisiwe. Ngemva kokuba i-short circuit factor isisusiwe, imojuli ibuyisela ngokuzenzakalelayo umkhiqizo ojwayelekile.
4. Ukuvikelwa kokulahlekelwa yisigaba
Imojuli inomsebenzi wokuvikela ukulahlekelwa yisigaba. Uma isigaba sokufaka singekho, amandla emojuli anqunyelwe, futhi umphumela ungalayishwa uhhafu. Uma i-voltage yokukhipha ingu-260V, ikhipha ugesi ongu-5A.
5. Ukuvikelwa kokushisa okungaphezu kwamandla
Uma ukungena komoya kwemojuli kuvinjiwe noma izinga lokushisa elingaphakathi liphezulu kakhulu futhi izinga lokushisa elingaphakathi kwemojuli lidlula inani elibekiwe, imojuli izovikelwa ekushiseni okungaphezu kokuvamile, inkomba yokuvikela (ephuzi) kuphaneli yemojuli izobe ivuliwe, futhi imojuli ngeke ibe nokukhishwa kwamandla kagesi. 6. Ukuvikelwa kokushisa okuphezulu ohlangothini oluyinhloko
Uma isimo singajwayelekile, kwenzeka i-overcurrent ohlangothini lwe-rectifier lwe-module, futhi i-module ivikelwe. I-module ayikwazi ukuphinda ilulame ngokuzenzakalelayo, futhi i-module kumele icinywe bese ivulwa futhi.
