1: Takaddar SIRIM a Malaysia
Takaddun shaida na SIRIM ya ƙunshi tsarin kimantawa da takaddun shaida mai mahimmanci, wanda SIRIM QAS ke gudanarwa. Bisa ga Umarnin GP/ST/NO.37/2024 da aka bayar a shekarar 2024, ana buƙatar waɗannan nau'ikan samfura su sami takardar shaidar SIRIM kafin a rarraba kasuwa:
- Manyan kayan aikin gida da ƙananan kayan aiki:Tukunyar shinkafa, tanda ta microwave, firiji, injinan wanki, na'urorin sanyaya daki, na'urorin dumama ruwa na lantarki, kayan kicin, fanka, na'urorin busar da gashi, ma'aunin gogewa, kujerun tausa, da sauransu.
- Kayan aikin AV:Masu kunna sauti, rediyo, talabijin, da sauransu.
- Kayayyakin adaftar:gami da adaftar wutar lantarki don na'urorin lantarki daban-daban.
- Kayayyakin hasken wuta da kayan wutar lantarki masu alaƙa:kamar fitilun teburi, fitilun igiya, fitilun rufi, kayan wutar lantarki na direba, da sauransu.
- Kayayyakin da aka haɗa:matosai, soket, wayoyi da kebul, da kuma kayan aikin wutar lantarki na gida da maɓallan wuta daban-daban da na'urorin katse wutar lantarki, da sauransu.
- Bugu da ƙari, samfuran da aka haɗa a ƙarƙashin umarnin:wuraren caji na motocin lantarki, kayan wutar lantarki na adana makamashi.
Wannan labarin ya fi mayar da hankali kan takardar shaidar wuraren caji.

2: Ka'idojin da suka dace da wurin caji
Ma'aunin caji da aka ƙayyade a cikin umarnin ya shafi duk nau'ikan kayan aikin samar da wutar lantarki waɗanda ke da ƙarfin fitarwa na 1000 V AC ko 1500 V DC da ƙasa, gami da kayan aikin samar da wutar lantarki na Yanayin 2, Yanayin 3, da Yanayin 4. Ka'idojin gwaji masu dacewa sune kamar haka. Duk da cewa ana iya shirya gwaji a Malaysia, saboda sarkakiyar jigilar kaya da gwaji a ƙetaren iyaka, ana ba da shawarar a shirya duk rahotannin ƙa'idodin IEC masu dacewa a cikin gida.
3: Ga wuraren caji da aka amince da su a ST COA a Malaysia da ke buƙatar takardar shaidar SIRIM, dole ne mutum ya fara neman takardar shaidar ST COA, sannan sai ya nemi takardar shaidar SIRIM Batch ko takardar shaidar SIRIM PCS.
3.1 Tsarin Takaddun Shaida na ST COA
- a: Shirya takardun fasaha:Bayanin samfur, bayanan mai shigo da kaya, wasiƙar izini, zane-zanen da'ira, rahotannin gwaji da suka dace da ƙa'idodin MS IEC (misali, rahotannin aminci [rahotanni na CB ko rahotannin IEC masu dacewa], rahotannin EMC/RF, rahotannin IPV6, da sauransu).
- b: Aika aikace-aikacen:ta hanyar tsarin yanar gizo na ST.
- c: Gwajin samfura;Ana iya yin watsi da gwaji a wasu lokuta bisa ga rahotannin da aka gabatar.
- d: Bayar da takardar shaida bayan amincewa:ST (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) yana ba da takardar shaidar ST COA bayan amincewar binciken SIRIM QAS.
- e: Takardar shaidar COA tana aiki na shekara ɗaya.Masu nema dole ne su kammala sabunta COA kwanaki 14 kafin ranar ƙarewar takardar shaidar.
3.2: Takardar Shaidar Batch ta SIRIM ko Takardar Shaidar PCS ta SIRIM
Lura cewa ST COA tana aiki ne kawai a matsayin takardar shaidar kwastam. Bayan shigo da kaya, mai shigo da kaya zai iya neman takardar shaidar SIRIM Batch ko takardar shaidar SIRIM PCS ta amfani da COA.
- (1) Takardar Shaidar Rukunin SIRIM:Bayan shigo da kaya, mai shigo da kaya zai iya neman Takardar Shaidar Batch ta SIRIM ta amfani da takardar shaidar ST COA, sannan ya nemi siyan lakabin MS. Wannan takardar shaidar tana aiki ga rukuni ɗaya na kayayyaki.
- (2) Takardar Shaidar SIRIM PCS:Bayan samun takardar shaidar ST COA, mai shigo da kaya zai iya neman takardar shaidar SIRIM PCS ta amfani da takardar shaidar COA. Takardar shaidar PCS tana buƙatar duba masana'anta. Ana gudanar da bita na shekara-shekara, inda shekarar farko ta ƙunshi binciken masana'anta kawai. Daga shekara ta biyu zuwa gaba, binciken ya shafi masana'anta da kuma rumbun ajiya a Malaysia. Tare da takardar shaidar PCS, masana'antun za su iya siyan lakabin MS ko kuma su sanya alamar SIRIM kai tsaye a masana'antar. Saboda tsadarsa, takardar shaidar SIRIM PCS yawanci ta dace da masana'antun da ke da yawan jigilar kaya.
